Hello again,
I’m feeling pretty smug right now because I’ve managed to upload two monthly favourites in a row. In case you’re new here, this sort of consistently is new to my blog.
Aussie Heat Protectant Spray
Since I’ve been back at uni I’ve been using a lot more heat on my hair, especially from drying it. I want to minimise the amount of damage the heat could do to my hair as much as possible so I decided to invest in a heat protectant spray. I always love Aussie’s products so I thought that this one would be a worthwhile investment. It smells really sweet, but not in a sickly way, and is really easy to spread through my hair. ย I use it every time I’m about to use heat on my hair and I’ve actually noticed that it makes my hair a lot less frizzy and more soft. I feel like without this my hair would be in a much worse state.

Soap & Glory Face Soap and Clarity Vitamin C Facial Wash
This is an old favourite of mine but I recently repurchased it after all of my other face washes started to run out. It was on offer in Boots for just ยฃ5.33 ย which is really reasonable for a product this size. I know it’ll last me ages because you only need a tiny amount for every time you use it. It’s really gently and doesn’t irritate my eyes or my skin at all.

The Body Shop Vitamin E Night Serum
I try to remember to use this every night once I’ve taken all of my makeup off and cleansed my face. Sadly, I’m not always this prepared but when I am, I really notice the difference in my skin. When I wake up after using this, my skin feels really hydrated but not in an oily way that you might expect from a serum. I suppose the fact that I have incredibly dry skin prevents this from making my face oily. All in all, this product is amazing, especially for winter. It also smells delicious.

Prison Break
So I started re-watching Prison Break again. Aside from Pretty Little Liars, it’s my favourite series of all time. I don’t want to give anything away but I will tell you that it involves a prison and you should just watch it.

The Body Shop nail polish in British Rose
This is an old favourite. In the bottle it looks awfully girly but when you actually use it, it’s very pale and natural. When I have it on I actually forget that it’s nail polish because it blends so well with my skin tone. I apply two coats and end up with a pretty pale pinky nude shade – I’m sorry, that’s the only way I can describe it. It’s a nice every day colour and lasts a long time.

Rimmel Scandaleyes Reloaded Mascara
This is a really new purchase for me but over the past few weeks I’ve been loving it. I saw a lot of bloggers talking about it as Rimmel have recently sent them out in PR packages. Curiosity got the better of me and I decided to try it. My expectations were high because I always love Rimmel’s mascaras and I wasn’t disappointed. It’s really lengthening and volumising without getting clumpy.

Primark Facial Cleanse and Massage Brush
I’ve really upped my skincare game recently in a desperate attempt to get rid of my acne. My acne has now fully disappeared and I just have a very tiny patch of scarring to get rid of. This brush played a big part in cleaning my pores and thoroughly cleansing my face every morning and night. I noticed a substantial change in my skin after I started using it. My face feels and looks a lot smoother and even.

As always, thank you for reading.
