Hello again,
A brand that I’ve been recently getting into is No7. So far, I’m loving all of the makeup and beauty products that I have of theirs. A great thing about No7 is that Boots always seem to be giving away some sort of voucher or discount on the No7 products. There ALWAYS seems to be a 3 for 2 or buy one get one half price offer going on.
Anyway. Amongst the products that I’ve tried, here are my favourites…
Beautiful Skin Overnight Revitalising Eye Balm
As mentioned in my Evening Skincare Routine, this eye gel is one of my favourites. It soaks into the skin really easily and reduces eye puffiness. If I don’t use this then the next morning my under eyes look darker and puffier.
Dramatic Lift Mascara
I got this mascara in a free gift set – you know them ones where you spend a certain amount of money and get a free gift? At first I was a bit sceptical about this mascara as it didn’t seem to be as lengthening as my usual mascaras. However, once I changed up my eyelash primer I realised that it was the primer and not the mascara that was the problem. I was still scraping out the last bit of my primer when I tried this mascara – no wonder it wasn’t working out for me. This mascara looks very natural but still gives my lashes a lot of length and volume.
Stay Perfect Amazing Eyes Pencil
Truth be told, I don’t use eyeliner very often at all. However, if I do, then it’s always this one because it applies really smoothly and isn’t thick and dry like I find a lot of eye liners to be.
Airbrush Away Primer
This product was also in the free gift set I got, which is why it’s only a sample size. I tried this primer for the first time and I absolutely love it! It reminds me of my old favourite Maybelline Baby as it’s more of a serum. However, this one is a lot thicker so feels like it gives more coverage than the Maybelline one. My makeup seems to stay in place until I take it off at night which is definitely a plus.
Essential Moisture Day Cream
This is probably my new favourite moisturiser. Despite it being quite a thick cream, it soaks into the skin really quickly and makes my whole face feel super soft. I usually use this moisturiser in the morning when I’ve cleansed my face and I’m not planning on wearing makeup.
High Shine ‘Daydreamer’ Lip Crayon
I was a bit skeptical about trying this because I’ve tried one of the Revlon ones and didn’t really like it. However, this lip crayon applies just like a lipstick. The product itself is really smooth and doesn’t dry out my lips like I expected it too. I also think that this colour is a perfect nude. Also I prefer wearing lipstick, this lip crayon is a nice alternative if you’re looking for something different.
Moisture Drench ‘Caramel Silk’ Lipstick
This lipstick is probably my favourite lipstick of all time! The colour perfectly matches my lips so it looks really natural. At first I thought that the colour would be too dark for me but it’s a really nice ‘your lips but better’ shade. Unlike a lot of lipsticks I’ve tried, this one doesn’t dry out my lips at all. I’m guessing that’s what the ‘Moisture Drench’ part is for…
